IBL Gesellschaft für Immunchemie und immunbiologie mbH, Hamburg, Germany, is pleased to announce that they have reached agreement with, Meddens Diagnostics BV, The Netherlands, to purchase the assets of IBL. The name of the new enterprise will be called ‘IBL International’. The organization in Hamburg and all business relations will remain unchanged. The transaction is to be concluded in the forthcoming month. More information will be released soon. We are looking forward to continue doing business with you.
